Dominican Youth In Action

In keeping with the charism of our Dominican tradition, this club seeks to preach the Gospel through social action and prayer. Members make the school community more aware of the needs of the poor and disadvantaged people, both locally and globally, and sponsor and participate in events to alleviate these situations. Examples of activities include: Crop Walk for Hunger, Thanksgiving Baskets, Christmas Giving Tree, new/used clothing collection, Lenten food drive and Operation Rice Bowl. 

Students particiapted in a number of bake sales to raise funds for worthy causes.
