Dominican Youth In Action Club

In keeping with the charism of the Dominican tradition, our club seeks to preach the Gospel through social action. Members make the school community more aware of the needs of poor and disadvantaged people, both locally and globally. We sponsor and participate in events to alleviate these situations. Examples of activities include: Crop Walk for Hunger, Thanksgiving Baskets, Christmas Giving Tree, new/used clothing collection, soup and socks drive and Operation Rice Bowl during Lent.

Students particiapted in a number of bake sales to raise funds for worthy causes.
