Double Your Gift
Many companies will match your gift to Saint Dominic Academy up to a certain level – some as high as triple matches! Matching gift contributions also count toward your own giving level to SDA. Please check with your employer's human resources office for details on their matching gift program and matching gift forms. Complete the donor section of the form and then mail to:
