Thank you for your interest in Saint Dominic Academy! The Admissions Office is accepting applications for the 2024-2025 school year. APPLY HERE. 

2024-2025 Admission Requirements: 

1. Application for Admission

• No application fee
• Submitted via Online Parent Portal

2. 9th Grade Applicant Record Form/Transcripts

• 8th graders applying to 9th should give the signed form to her 8th grade teacher, guidance counselor or principal
• Current school sends completed form along with student records to SDA
• Transfer students applying for admission to 10th or 11th grade must provide a current transcript with all final grades to date as well as final report cards from 7th and 8th grades.

3. Teacher Recommendation

• Online form to be completed by a recent teacher of an academic subject (within the past year). 
• Student will send a request to their teacher via the Admission Checklist in the SDA Parent Portal (admission application must be submitted first)
• Teacher will receive an email with a link to the student’s personal recommendation form

4. Optional: Student for a Day Visit

• Spend the entire school day at Saint Dominic Academy
• Register through the Portal after submitting your application
• Visit will satisfy the interview requirement for transfer applicants

5. Optional: Interview

• 9th grade admission interviews by request
• Required for transfer applicants who do not visit as a Student for a Day
